Joliet Could Vote on NorthPoint on Thursday

The Joliet City Council completed the fourth session of their ongoing public hearing regarding the Compass Business Park on Wednesday night. NorthPoint is asking the city to annex 1,200 acres of land for construction of that facility. The council will hold one session on Thursday. That hearing is set for 5:30pm. It is possible that the public comment could wrap up Thursday evening with a vote to take place immediately after.
