Sean Woulfe, who is accused of killing Lindsey Schmidt, her two sons and unborn child, lost a key decision in a Will County Courtroom Friday morning. According to the Joliet Patch, Judge Daniel Rippy ruled against Woulfe and his attorney on their filing to have the 16 counts of reckless homicide dismissed. Woulfe’s attorney, George Lenard argued that Will County Sheriff’s Deputy Henry Wright gave false testimony to the grand jury. However, Judge Rippy refused to dismiss the charges.
Woulfe has been free on a $250,000 bond since the July of 2017 high speed crash in rural Beecher.
