One Will County City Makes List of Best Places To Trick Or Treat

In its sixth annual study, SmartAsset looked at metrics including crime rates, housing density and historical weather data for October 31st to find the best places to trick-or-treat in 2019 and Joliet ranks in the top 25 cities nationwide.
AJ Smith joined the Scott Slocum show and says Joliet ranks 11th on the list of best places to go trick or treating. Part of the reason is number of doors kids can knock on.
Factors that determine a good place to trick or treat include, crime rate, temperature, number of young people and median home values.
Aurora came in at number 4. The number one place to trick or treat is Orem, Utah.
