Secretary Of State: Don’t Illegally Park In Handicapped Spaces

If you park in a handicapped space, and you are not handicapped, expect to get a ticket this Black Friday weekend. Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White says his officers will be out this holiday weekend, looking for people who are illegally parked in handicapped spaces. Tickets start at 350 dollars and can jump to 25-hundred bucks if you are caught using someone else’s handicapped sticker.
