55 Northbound Shutdown at Lorenzo Road

A multi-vehicle accident at approximately 4:30 Thursday afternoon shut down Interstate 55 near Lorenzo Road.
The accident was in the north bound lanes and a semi is fully engulfed in flames.

**UPDATE** According to witness’, the accident involves to semi’s. Northbound I55 remains closed as of 5:45 pm.
