Attorney Who Challenged Pritzker’s Pandemic Policies Running For AG

The attorney who has led legal challenges against Governor Pritzker’s pandemic policies is seeking the Republican nomination for Illinois attorney General.  Thomas DeVore announced his candidacy on a Facebook video Monday.  DeVore filed the lawsuit that led the Illinois Appellate Court last week to reject Pritzker’s appeal of a lower court ruling that lifted his school masking policy.  The governor has appealed the appellate court ruling to the Illinois Supreme Court.
