Illinois House Passes Bill Banning Declawing Cats

Illinois is one step closer to making it illegal to declaw cats. Yesterday the Illinois House passed a bill that bans declawing cats. The measure passed by a 67-38 vote. The bill now heads to the Illinois Senate.
