Illinois Hunters Harvest Record Number Of Turkeys

Illinois hunters reached a record number of turkeys. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources reports that 801 wild turkeys were harvested during the 2022-2023 season. That’s compared to 683 turkeys which were harvested during the 2021-2022 season.
