Illinois State Police Identify Victim in Brandon Road Lock and Dam Drowning

Illinois State Police District 5 in Lockport, ISP Zone 3 Investigators and Crime Scene Services have identified a man who was found attached to spillway Monday morning at the Brandon Road Lock and Dam as 33-year-old Aikeem L. Kimble. Kimble’s body was found near the lock and dam on the 800 block of Brandon Road around 8:15 on Monday morning. If anyone had seen or had any contact with Kimble on or near 48 hours before 6:00am Monday July 1st are asked to call ISP District 5 at 815-726-6377 and speak with Trooper Messer. The investigation is on-going at there is no other information at this time
