According to Forbes, the hedge fund manager is now the richest person in Florida after moving his investment firm Citadel from Chicago to Miami last year. Lukas Walton tops the list of the richest people in Illinois. The grandson of Walmart founder Sam Walton has a net worth of more than 21-billion-dollars.
