Palos Park Man Left Paralyzed From iFly Incident Sues

A Palos Park man is taking legal action after he was left quadriplegic following an incident last year at an iFly indoor skydiving facility in Rosemont. David Schilling is suing the company for negligence and misrepresentation. His lawyer says Schilling was at the facility in January, 2021 when he lost control inside the wind chamber and hit a glass wall headfirst. He suffered a severe spinal cord injury and is paralyzed from the neck down.
