United Center Concessions Workers Get Pension, Wage Hikes In New Contract

The details of the new contract of United Center concessions workers are surfacing.  Employees overwhelmingly ratified a deal that calls for new standards in wages and benefits.  Unite Here Local 1 says the contract expands health coverage, provides higher wages, and introduces a pension plan.  The workers involved served food and drinks and clean the United Center.
