Joliet Teen Wins Fourth Junior Olympic Boxing Title

A Joliet teen is being honored for an impressive accomplishment.  Sixteen-year-old Joseph Awinongya Junior won his fourth Junior Olympic Boxing title.  He also has some high-level academic achievements when he started Joliet Junior College as a 13-year-old.  Awinongya plans to graduate with his associate’s degree this summer and will begin to pursue his bachelor’s degree in the fall.
