Old Will County Courthouse a pile of rubble/ss
The old Will County Courthouse is just a pile of rubble. Demolition of the building at 14 W. Jefferson in Joliet began last year in November. The building was taken down slowly. Fencing remains around Jefferson and Ottawa Street and along Washington and Chicago.
